鍵が開かないトラブルで不安になります。キャッシュレス、キーレスで便利な反面、現地スタッフ不在なので毎回電話でやりとり。親切なスタッフの対応に救われますが、どこに必要なものがあるか分かり易いと助かります。結局、宿泊することなく退散。楽しみにしていた分だけ残念です。

２階エントランスの入り口ロックの暗証番号と部屋番号が同じなのはちょっと疑問に思いました。 客室はとても綺麗だし清潔感がありました。 芳香剤や消臭剤が多数配置されています。 タオルがフカフカでとても居心地が良かったです！ ただ一つだけ言うとすれば部屋着があるとパーフェクトです。 またぜひ利用したいです。

Bella posizione, ottimo per brevi soggiorni

Appartamentino essenziale in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, a poca distanza da due metro (uno dei due, fra l'altro, è collegato direttamente con l'aeroporto di Haneda, comodissimo) e con una breve, piacevole passeggiata, si arriva ad Asakusa e al Senso-ji. Nonostante le sue dimensioni ridotte, la casa è carina, (soprattutto i letti sono comodissimi, con uno spazio sotto per poter tenere i bagagli voluminosi). C'è tutto l'essenziale. Il sistema di check in con password è molto comodo. Unico difetto, per me, è il pavimento freddo (ero abituata al legno delle case giapponesi) e soprattutto bicchieri e tazze di plastica . Una caduta di stile in un ambiente tutto sommato molto curato.

友人にオススメしたいホテル

部屋の鍵が番号で事前にメールで送られてくるので煩わしいチェックイン作業がなくてとても快適でした。部屋の中もとても綺麗で今回4階の部屋を利用したのですが窓から見えるスカイツリーはとてもよかったです。ただ、お皿や箸など記載されていた物が無かったのが残念です。それとガウンや簡易なパジャマがあるともっといいかなと思います。でも総合的に見てとても良いホテルでした。ぜひまた利用したいです。

便利又乾淨的生活環境

我們住4樓4人房，住宿地點就在晴空塔對面巷子裡，周圍環境方便，搭地鐵也很便利，床舖很大，樓中樓設計，燈光明亮，豪華晴空塔夜景，小廚房設備齊全，有洗烘機讓你不用帶太多套衣服，真的是旅行的好地方，真的嚴格要提的唯一缺點，就是沒有電梯，但如果你體力不錯，真的可以參考這個地方

ライトアップされたスカイツリーを部屋からみれて最高！

暗証番号で部屋にはいれるので、とてもプライベート感覚があり自分のセカンドハウスのようでよかったです。部屋に入って斜めの天井の窓から見えるスカイツリーの大きさにびっくりしました。夜になるとライトアップされたツリーがとても綺麗でさらに驚きました。デザイナーがコーディネイトしたのだと思いますが部屋はとても可愛くて清潔で綺麗でした。キッチンがあったので朝食は部屋で食べることができました。冷蔵庫も大きく、洗濯機もありとっても快適。 また是非行きたいです。 また是非泊まりたいです。

1階に泊まりました。最初は備品などの配置がよくわからず戸惑いましたが慣れれば快適でした。 ただ、道路に面しているのでブラインドを下ろして電気を消しても外からうっすらと映っていたので その点が気になりました。
