Clean, free coffee, water in the lobby... Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Near Ochanomizu stn or Ochanomizu shin stn. Our room was small but we got used to it. Bed is comfortable. Washroom is compact but very good too. Recommend staying here! There were other amenities offered in the lobby that we didn't need but great touch (tooth brush, small towel, hair brush, lotions, etc,)

Nice hotel

Hotel is close to Ochanomizu station. Akiba is within walking distance. Nice, clean small room with usual amenities as many other hotels in Tokyo. Even a little tight, still comfy. 2 conbi’s right downstairs. Nice izakaya around the corner. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Extremely helpful. The room was very nice! A bit cozy and some dust under the bed/hidden areas but otherwise very nice. I would stay here again. The location is amazing!

Walkable distance to Akihabara. Public transport was not too far as well. There was only one washer dryer in the hotel but there is a coin washing machine place not too far away. Room was on the smaller side compared to osaka and fukuoka but it was manageable. Staff were polite and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Convenient location, 7 mins to Ochanomizu station and JR station. 8 mins to Akinhibara. Love the complimentary coffee, ice chocolates, Japanese tea, facial lotions, etc. Staff very attentive and go above and beyond to help guests. Can choose the breakfast option with good choices. Higly recommended.

Basic but good position

Typical Japanese business hotel that was close to Ochanomizu station that was good for connecting to main rail network. A 15-20 min walk into main part of Akihabara. Free hot drinks, ice tea, ice machine in lobby with small seating area and washer/dryer for laundry plus microwave. Room is cleaned daily with clean towels. Can have choice of breakfast (800yen) in the basement (its a small restaurant). The western breakfast was ok. The usual 7/11 and Lawson's each side. Ueno park close by was very good. Nothing to shout about but noting to complain about either.

1. The walls seem to be thin. I can clearly hear when water is flowing and people next door are talking. In the mornings it is especially noisy because you can hear the cleaning staff working on the other rooms. 2. The internet is relatively slow (~13Mbps download), with pretty occasional drops. It's sometimes not sufficient for streaming or reliable work. 3. Good price and good location. Close to both the station and Akihabara. Seems like a nice neighborhood. 4. Room size is alright. Slightly on the smaller side but it's acceptable compared to other hotels in Japan anyway. 5. Free unlimited coffee/tea (and maybe other drinks?) at the lobby. I don't think it is 24/7, but almost. 6. Exactly one elevator. Not the end of the world - just pointing it out.
