丁寧な対応で、親切で誠実さが感じられました。お部屋にはうち鍵はありますが、外鍵は渡されません。一度チェックインしてから外出する際もそのままで若干の心配はありますが、ロッカーを気軽に使えるので補われています。良いホステルです。
