Very nice upscale hotel near Waseda University a few KM from Shinjuku. Nice rooms, nicely appointed, nice selections of restaurants and very attentive service. Worth being a bit away from the action in Shinjuku for the quality experience.
Pleasant stay, very nice hotel near Waseda University and Shinjuku. Access to buses and subway is good not excellent. Rooms are great, service and staff excellent - good bars and restaurants….beautiful lobby lounge.
Great room and spacious. I loved the view on 12th floor facing the city and trees. I love the friendly and welcoming staff felt like a true 4 star hotel .
Excellent facility. It’s unacceptable that you’re staying at this hotel and, when you want to use the pool, they tell you that you have to pay an additional fee for each member of your family.
Love my room and how spacious it is, great view as well on the 12th floor facing the city and trees. The staff is great and the shuttle to Takadanoda station was convenient.
Bigger rooms compared to other hotels in Shinjuku.
Amenities were good. But property was a bit older comparatively.
They do give free water bottles but only 1 per person per day, which is kinda annoying, after paying so much.
Hotel was super. A little out of the centre but Tokyo is so huge . A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station is very do-able and they have a regular shuttle bus to the metro station which is convenient.
Staff is very good, cleanliness was outstanding and property is beautiful.
Breakfasts were a great spread.
I highly recommend a stay here without a doubt.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms was spacious. Located in a more residential area, so it is a little bit away from the main area. I still would recommend it, but be aware of the little bit of a distance from the main tourist areas.
The junior suite was spacious for a family of four. Food was great. Downsides are there was nothing in the neighbourhood, and staff could hardly communicate in English. Fine if all goes well but troubles if there are issues.
