Great location and a good size for its price and location in asakusa. Has a lot of nearby dining options, a very close proximity to senso-ji, and a short walk from transportation. Very clean room and was easy to check into room.
Negatives: No elevator and a narrow staircase which makes it difficult to haul up luggage. Our shower water pressure was weak and would almost completely give out at times (I assume if others were also showering). The a/c worked fine but not as strong as we’d like at times (we stayed in July during high heat, so the strain is not unexpected).
All in all, it was a great stay with some minor hiccups

Overall enjoyable stay! Some things to note: The three person room we booked has one 2-person bed standard. When you book for three people they will add an extra futon. The futon was however not added yet when we checked-in and we had to ask for it.
Also keep in mind this hotel does not have a front desk and is completely self check-in, but they do however have a bigger location with a front desk (called Softlight Inn) about 15 minutes away. We were able to go there to have our luggage delivered to our next hotel, and ask questions.
The location was really perfect though, it's perfectly in the centre of everything!
Good - the location, bad - everything else. The "apartment" - tiny box room was not at all as described, no balcony, no separate bedroom and definitely no hot tub, not even a bathtub. I know that apartments/hotel rooms are small in Tokyo but this was tiny, the extra bed (mattress) we were provided in place of a separate bedroom filled the rest of the floor space.
Do not stay here when it's hot - the a/c was off when we arrived making the 1st night almost unbearable. It took ages (and google translate) to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The a/c unit was also very loud - we couldn't sleep well even with the provided earplugs.

The stairs is very steep and can be dangerous. The place can be scary too especially with no front desk or door man there.
