Definitely get what you pay for! It’s wasn’t the worst but definitely a budget hotel. The front desk staff were very lovely and the check out/check in process was seamless even though we arrived very late due to our plane being delayed because of the weather. If you need a cheap place to stay and don’t mind the rooms smelling a little funky because the restroom is essentially right behind your bed (also nothing to block prying eyes besides a curtain and a janky blind) then go for it!

The staff were very helpful and the property was clean. I also like the design and layout of this hotel. One glaring problem was noise. These rooms are far from soundproof. I woke up several times to noise in the hall and outside. If this could be fixed it would be a much better experience.

Convenient location. Close to restaurant, shopping, and of course Dhibuya crossing. I had the two bed room and the size is pretty big compared to the Japanese standard.

It’s Tokyo, so the room is going to be small - but for the same reason, it’s Tokyo so you’re going to be out and about - this is in an ideal location. Just a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station and the Scramble and anywhere that you want go from there. I love the little free mini fridge with two free bottles of water every single day along with kimonos and towels to use, and Housekeeping when you need it. Once I figured out how to use the hot water in the shower it was very hot and good and the toilet was warm and toasty too. The air-conditioning works great but sometimes I like to crack the window open instead and listen to the nightlife sounds- but if you close the door, you don’t hear anything - there are great room darkening shades. So if you’re used to luxury hotels, this would not be for you - but at this price point it’s excellent.

The room was spacious for 2 of us. The twin beds were big enough to call ‘full’ there were 2 chaos and a sofa which was helpful. Closets are non existent in most hotels, but the hat stand had 6 hangers and we made do fine for 5 nights. Centrally located to subway station and lots of cafes and stores in the busy area. No problem with noise on the 7th floor. My only minus rating would be staff do not greet you. At least a hello or acknowledgment when they’re not busy.
