It was clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely helpful. And it was very convenient having a quick, cheap breakfast available there in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

It was my 4th time staying here! I love that the pods are full size beds and spacious! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always good in value and quality (although we didnt get it this time)! The location is central and very easy to access! I will be back!

Traveled as a solo traveler. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even helped with my lost item at the JR station and got it delivered to the hotel! Place is very convenient at the heart of Shibuya. Very walkable to the station and is about a 5 minute walk from Shibuya crossing!

Very convenient location, big capsule, clean, easy check-in, English speaking staff. Common area was smaller than in the pictures and coffee machine not working. But overall a good first stay at a capsule hotel. For one night it was perfect

The staff is super helpful in this space and it’s a updated modern contemporary space that offers that fresh vibe, and all of the guests were really nice and felt secured with the security cameras in the shared spaces. Guess amenities were great as well and they offer a breakfast that you can pay for à la carte. This is one of the places where staff is actually available at a hostel, and I greatly appreciate that a huge shout out to the staff and team working for this chain.
