Overall, this property was very nice, yet given everything as a whole a bit overpriced for the value received. I’ve stayed at plenty of properties which were very similar in services, and so on, but with a higher value statement.

Very convenient location

Great stay - this hotel had everything we needed for the one night before flying back to the States after a 10 day trip in Kansai area: it was very convenient right by Shinagawa station, it was clean and comfortable. Not the best value as the room was just ok for the price - I imagine the location is what we're mostly paying for.

Love This Hotel

Hotel is in a great location near a lot of things. This stay was at the end of an eight-day trip and this was by far the best hotel we've stayed in from Osaka to Tokyo. The staff was great, the restaurant was awesome, and the rooms were phenomenal. A lof of the hotels in Japan are a bit smaller than I am used to being from the US, but this one was very sizable and worth every penny. The bathroom is spectacular. Great stay overall.
