最寄りの駅からは最初とてもわかりにくかったけどフロントの方から地図を貰い助かりました。ただ衛生面が余り綺麗ではなくベッドメイクも片側が固定されていて使いにくかったです。朝食はまあまあでした～

I could not open the door with the key. Staff came to show me how to open(I did not know to open without using door nob). If they had told me how to open the key, I would not have to wait in hallway holding coffee, umbrella and so on. However, the staffs are kind. Thank you

IT ISNT HOTEL, IT WORSE THAN GUESTHOUSE

Dated hotel and door is block from 1am to 6amand you are not allowed to come to your room from 10am to 4pm. They dont have house keeping service onside and used out source. It worse than guesthost

不便すぎます。

フロントが無愛想 外に喫煙所置いてあるが、吸いに外に出ようとした際、外出なら鍵預けてと呼び止められるのが不快。 深夜1時に門限あるのも、不便です。 どこも24時間外出自由なのに。 大浴場もコロナ対策で整理券配布してますが、 特に見せずに入浴出来ちゃうので、やっていることが不明。 廊下で騒ぐ客がいて、夜中何度も起こされました。
