This two-level villa is located in the exclusive Rancho Santana, a 2,700-acre resort that includes two miles of dramatic shoreline on Nicaragua's Pacific coast and was featured in the Forbes.com article "Nicaragua's Accidental Resort Community Celebrates 20 Years." You're within walking distance of Playa Rosada, and a short distance from four other private beaches, two clubhouses with swimming pools, farm-to-table restaurants and bars, stables, and tennis courts within the gated resort grounds. The beach, clubhouse, and resort amenities are all within walking distance but not for the faint at heart. Rental cars are available to assist in your exploration of the entire resort, its five beaches, and various amenities, allowing you to make the most of your Rancho Santana vacation. on arrival please visit the resort concierge desk for a description of all services availble. Please note that the resort business at Rancho Santana is a privately owned entity separate from the residential community. They may charge a fee for access to some of the amenities that are not offered by the residential community. The resort fee is specific for certain services and is optional based on which services you choose to access. The concierge desk will be happy to itemize these fees for use services to you.

The fourth bedroom is the perfect place for children, offering a twin bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. Laundry service is also available for a small additional fee.

Parking Notes: Although a 4x4 is not required, we highly recommend that you rent one. There are many places within the ranch, as well as outside the gate, that require a 4x4 for access and to make your adventure more enjoyable.
Water Access: The ranch offers spectacular private beaches for surfing, suntanning, boogie boarding, turtle watching, or just swimming in the waves. The seashells are a beachcomber's paradise. The Rosada clubhouse at Playa Rosada offers a small taco stand and great long chairs to enjoy a beverage at sunset.
