I like the hotel only few issues with connectivity altough the idea was to be disconnected I had to check few documents that was not able due to the poor connection, also some leakages as it rained but the staff promptly checked and moved me to another room, excellent place 👍

The dining experience was absolutely delightful, and the cuisine was simply outstanding. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that there is wheelchair accessibility to accommodate individuals with mobility restrictions.

Decepción total por $860.000 la noche

Me hospedé en este hotel pagando $860.000 por noche, esperando una experiencia cómoda, limpia y segura. Lamentablemente, fue todo lo contrario. Las escaleras para subir al tercer piso son peligrosas, con un escalón totalmente partido y una baranda inestable. El ascensor no tiene señalización de estar fuera de servicio, y estuve a punto de quedarme atrapada dentro. La habitación tenía un grillo muerto en el sanitario, la ducha no tiene regadera (solo un tubo mal terminado) y la luz del baño no funcionaba. Aunque el jabón era nuevo, no había dónde colocarlo, no hay estantes ni repisas, y las puertas del baño están desajustadas. La grifería lucía sucia y deteriorada. Me sentí estafada por el costo pagado y decepcionada por el descuido general. Este tipo de experiencias perjudican no solo al turista nacional, sino también la imagen de Colombia frente a visitantes internacionales. No lo recomiendo

Que mala experiencia, mal estado hotel

El hotel está muy descuidado, huecos en los techos de los baños por donde entran muchos mosquitos, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron una en peor estado, sin tapas en los sanitarios. En general las habitaciones tienen mal estado, además de ser extremadamente pequeñas, con closets ni espacio para abrir la maleta y sin caja fuerte. El personal de la recepción tiene muy mala actitud. La alimentación es muy básica, con pocas opciones y limitan mucho la cantidad de alimentos en el buffet, que en realidad no es un buffet libre, te sirven en porciones muy medidas.

Agradable desconexión

En el hotel se pierde la conexión con todos los operadores, el wifi se limita a la habitación y al restaurante, en la piscina, en la playa y el parque no hay wifi. Excelente atención, Gracias

Planta física excelente , alimentación no tanto.

En general muy bueno el hotel en sus instalaciones . Debe mejorar el servicio . La comida muy poco variada en sus buffets deben mejorar su calidad pues el precio no esta acorde a su calidad . En la comida deben mejorar mucho .

the hotel rooms do not have a bedside table and a lamp near the bed, no closet, no safe box, no hot water, showers without a showerhead, poor wi-fi impossible to work from the hotel. the toilets have an unpleasant smell of plumbing and no odor extractor. It is difficult to get there because they do not have access to the main road and the unpleasant neighborhood, you can only go out by car. We were forced to leave a day earlier than planned. We were three couples in three double rooms from February 20 to 24.

Too much loud music !

Our stay was challenging. There is no internet connectivity, the hotel is also very noisy there’s music everywhere not relaxing at all more of a party hotel. The sheets in the rooms were full of stains with no hot water. The beach was full of multiple speakers at full blast as well as in the hotel.

Overpriced

This hotel is still under construction. It is not that well designed. They have used reasonable quality building materials and fixtures and fittings but the quality of workmanship is poor. The food is mediocre at best. Service isn't great. My room lacked a shower and just had a tube sticking out of ceiling. For the premium charged over nearby hotels this hotel is not worth it.

The “jacuzzi” in the balcony was just with cold water and it was super super dirty, there were chunks of black stuff coming out of the pipes, food wasn’t good and when I talk to the manager to get my money back he refused to help me out the next day, even though there was nobody who could help me out the same night I got there.

The pool is beautifull and right in front is one of the nicest beaches of our Columbian visit. Beach is private, nice sand with no rocks. A special thanks to great english speaking staff member, Junior Gonzilez who helped with excursions, travel arrangments and general help. I wish there were more like him in Columbia!

The worst hotel ever

THE WORST HOTEL EVER , starting from the receptionist named liliana with her huge attitude and bad service, the hotel shows fake propaganda and it’s expensive for considering for the lack of amenities , not even soap in the bathroom sink , not even phone to comunícate to receptionist, not WiFi , so all the payments has to be in cash what is so bad and most when you are foreign not resident in Colombia , the food was bad all my family got sick with the lunch served which was so limited they don’t provide options for food only what they have so there’s no choices . My husband , my sister , niece got intoxicated with a soup served in there . So disgusting this place . Service was poor , and definetely WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .
