Mi esposo y yo fuimos a comer al restaurante del hotel eran casi las 3.00 de la tarde y no había lo que pedimos, nos sugirieron otro platillo y lo aceptamos, no antes decirles que se apresuraran por favor porque teníamos un compromiso a las 4.00 de la tarde, era cerca, pero nos tuvimos que ir, porque tardaron mucho y alcance a escuchar qué estaban descongelando la carne!!

La comida y el servicio del restaurante es excelente. Tienen dentro del hotel un cajero automático y un OXXO, lo cual me pareció muy bueno y práctico. Es un hotel bien ubicado y sus camas son extremadamente cómodas.

Estancia cómoda, fácil acceso, check in rápido, staff amable, silencio y buen descanso. En el desayuno el servicio es impecable con un staff amable y eficiente sobre todo el joven José Luis que nos atendió con calidez y eficiencia además de ser bilingüe tiene don se servicio.
