2 of the 3 rooms we booked AC air didn’t work. They could not make it work right or move us to a different rooms. It’s was a nightmare. Front desk very unprofessional and incompetent to resolve our situation. We want our full money back.

El personal de limpieza se roba las pertenencias de los clientes. Duránte mi estancia el día 4 y 5 de diciembre realicé unas compras y las dejé en un cajón, no había caja de seguridad en la habitación . El viernes al regresar noté que un cajón estaba abierto, y la puerta del guardarropa también, como si hubieran revisado la habitación y eso si las camas ya estaban tendidas mi compra la realicé ese mismo viernes en la mañana y ese día a media noche ya no estaba.
