It's beautiful, and the staff are highly qualified to make your stay the best one, even if they have to add extra hours to their busy schedules. I appreciated their flexibility in letting me use an area for stretching, which the hotel doesn't have, or a fitness room, but there are open spaces. Thank you and I will recommend this best-kept jewel!

Excelente location with beautiful view, is super quiet, relaxing and clean. But, what makes this place even more special is the service from the staff, we were greeted at the parking by Miguel, and at the front desk by Conzuelo, both made us feel welcome in a warm way. During our stay both were very attentive, polite and friendly. The food is delicious, the chef Roberto accommodated any special requests. We want to thank Conzuelo, Miguel, Roberto for going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. They and the rest of the staff are truly an asset to this beautiful Hotel.

No hay nadie que te ayude con las maletas, el personal no está bien capacitado. Uno nos informaba de unos horarios, y otro nos decía algo distinto. La atención es nula y muy equis. No hay forma de meterte al agua de la alberca, porque está helada. Era una de las cosas por la que íbamos y no pudimos disfrutarla. Quisimos tomarnos una coca que traíamos de afuera y nos dijeron que no podíamos meter bebidas al área de alberca. Por una coca! Al hotel le falta mantenimiento. No regresaríamos. Aparte están arreglando algo alrededor y desde temprano se escucha mucho ruido. No te dejan dormir ni descansar. No se hospeden aquí.
