This hotel is just off of 94 and is safe, quiet and is a good midpoint between Chicago and the Twin Cities. I have stayed multiple times and each time it has been a pleasant experience.

Everything felt comfortable. I could check in early because my room was ready..lucky. i was going to a memorial service so was happy to have room to leave things. Vending on 2 floors. Workout room looks good though didn’t use. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Parkijg was easy. That was the only truly pleasant aspect of our stay. There was no breakfast offering except at the attached restaurant. The staff was completely unwilling to try to accommodate a reasonable request for a cot in the room even though I was told by an agent prior to arrival it would be no problem… and the room was so small, probably wouldn’t have fit any way. The halls were old and worn. The room was so-so clean. I found someone else’s crazy dirty sock by the heater so who knows how much cleaning was done prior to arrival. The bathroom was okay and the linens were nice. The place was not Renaissance Inn caliber from my experience. Will never visit again.
