We loved this place! The thoughtful details made our stay even better. The rooms were adorable and it was just the perfect place for our small get together. We all wished we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and we had dinner outside on the cute patio area.
We were 6 women who was looking for shopping and restaurants. Perfect location for both. The bungalow we stayed in was the cutest ever. Very spacious for all 6 of us and had everything we needed. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Tomball area! If we could give a 50 out of 10 we would!
The property was clean, well appointed, cozy and comfortable! Michael was a very responsive host, and our stay at Urban Oak was perfect! It accommodated three couples very nicely. We would stay there again the next time we visited Tomball.
Fantastic property and hosts! Lovey and very comfortable accommodations were perfect for us. Mike, our host, was extremely accommodating and gracious, especially in light of the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. We’ll be back!
This house is so cute! We had everything we needed and we were walking distance to so many things. The beds were comfy, and the backyard and gameroom were a nice exta place to spend time. We will definitely be back again! Thanks Michael for being a great host!
This house was perfect for our family and just what we needed. It was close to town and gave us great access to good restaurants and antique stores. The house was well-kept and had all the amenities we needed and wanted.
My girlfriends & I stayed for a long weekend. It was perfect! Many special touches to feel welcome & just a 10 minute walk to downtown. The bonus was how nice the backyard was to sit around the fire in the evening, then sit around the table with coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again!
Our stay was excellent. We stayed because we were going to the Texas Renaissance Festival. This house was very cozy, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. I was highly recommended staying.
This is a cute cottage for a friends getaway within easy walking distance of shopping and dining venues in Tomball. Plenty of room for 7-8 to chat, play games, dine in. Nice outdoor area, although it was drizzly so we didn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Very clean and owners were responsive.
This was a beautiful property with everything anyone could possibly need or want. The outdoor patio is where we spent a great deal of our time because of its beauty and tranquility. Our host, Michael Turner, was so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much!
We stayed here for 4 days for my son's wedding. It was a cute little cottage. Needs a little TLC, but the appliances were nice. Lots of coffee keurigs Kitchen was clean. Only 1 rm had a dresser
We attended a wedding at Boxwood Manor in Tomball and this home was the perfect location (about 3 min away)! Very clean, great linens, comfortable beds, and wonderful communication from owner/manager. It also has a cozy outdoor patio area with separate game room that allowed for a nice visit with family after the wedding. The home is almost 100 years old and has been updated, modernized, and well-appointed to make for a great stay indeed.
This precious small town Texas home was perfect for a group of out of state wedding guests. The city of Tomball was centrally located to all of our weekend festivities and was the perfect spot for guests wanting to experience authentic Texas hospitality & local cuisine. The home itself is inviting & great thought has been put into making each room comfortable as well as beautiful. The owners were quick to communicate and have the southern hospitality you'd expect. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Tomball, TX this is your spot!
My parents, husband and adult daughters stayed here for my nieces wedding at Balmorhea. The property is ideally located and the renovations to the house are lovely. The king sized room is incredible! This was great for my disabled mother who needs space to move around with her walker. (Note here: there are front steps to negotiate, as the house is originally built in 1930, so a little tricky on the steps but we managed).
The owner was great to communicate with - very timely with communication and always positive and helpful.
I especially appreciated the small touches - the record player with the lovely record to play - we listened all morning Saturday - and just the small courtesies. It felt like staying at a friends house. Very welcoming!
Bed was super comfortable. House was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Lots of little extras that made the stay perfect. Highly recommended.
Came to town to celebrate the birth of our first grand child and enjoyed this cute and cozy home. Everything was amazing and had zero complaints. Will definitely be back soon! Great hosts!
Our family had a mini reunion and stayed at Urban Oak while visiting. It was a very nice property. We appreciate that accommodation and hospitality! Highly recommend!
Great location in a safe neighborhood. Our family enjoyed staying here for my Mom’s birthday weekend. Host was quick to respond if we had questions. Highly recommend!
