"絶対オススメしないホテル。 様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。 しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。 状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。 早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。 ..."

"Fantastic hotel, in a beautiful city. So far in our travel across Japan this has been our favorite stay, and we hope to come back to explore more of Kanazawa someday. "The room did not reflect the picture shown. it was significantly smaller. The chairs in the picture fold out to be the beds. We were very disappointed and left after one night as we arrived late and there was no other option."
