"Good early check-in. Was leaving too early for breakfast the next day, so the receptionist offered to arrange some form of breakfast to take away - this never happened. Nice big clean room (friendly cleaners do amgood job), bathroom a bit ropey (no extractor fan, broken tiles, ugly old louvre window seemingly going nowhere, and a bit dark in there). "The newly built rooms are very good, but the room service is pathetic. We got our dinner to the room in 1.5 hrs after calling multiple times. We read similar reviews previously as well. Also, the restaurant has 2 parts, the older one is not maintained. The table cloths and chairs were dirty which felt unhygienic. The buffet options were also very limited."
