"When I made the reservation, I chose your hotel because of its location AND because I could get a room with 2 beds. I was travelling with my ex-wife and it was crucial that we had 2 beds. We came in late into Toronto, around 10:30PM and when we checked in, our room was given away and there were no more double beds rooms available. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. We received a $100 credit, but it does not take away from the fact that it put us in an awkward position. Your team was able to get me a roll-away bed, but if anybody has ever slept in one of those, they will tell you that it is rather uncomfortable to say the least. And I was counting on a good night's sleep as we were driving back home on the following night. So if you can't give your guests the room they reserved, then an upgrade with a room that meets the criteria they reserved the room for is a minimum."

"The property, was nice, but trying to get in for parking was a bit confusing and the parking was a bit expensive per night. One of the things I didn't like was when going for breakfast it was so busy there was no where to sit and the attendant asked if I wanted to sit at the bar !! Over all, it was a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. We will definitely stay again."

"Well positioned for sightseeing in Toronto however a little difficult to find, even a taxi driver was stumped. Close to Blue Jays home stadium, CN tower and harbour. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff polite friendly and helpful. Room quiet and had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices"
