"My room did not have any towels or wash cloths. I called down to the desk and requested four of each be sent to the room but only one set was sent. Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. I was very disappointed."
