"Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Room is not attended to daily. Even though my room was scheduled for cleaning on the 2nd day, it didnt happen. I asked for garbage to be removed at 10pm. The request was handled politely. Breakfast is adequate but nothing to write home about. Overall, the hotel is good value for an excellent lication."

"We enjoyed our stay at Don Valley Hotel and suites and will certainly stay again. One thing to note is that they do charge $15 for parking, which we were unaware of when we booked. Overall the room was nice and very clean."

"Staff were kind and helpful. Newer hotel everything was up to date. Large windows in the room with a wonderful view of the city. Terrace on the 14th floor was a lovely hangout spot with comfortable chairs and an electric fire pit."

"Renovated lobby very bright and welcoming. Bar and restaurant much warmer and inviting. Staff were excellent especially Brazilian girl who waited on us in the bar. Didn't get her name. Excellent experience all around."

"I stayed here for the BTS concert in Toronto. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite which had a corner balcony and King bed. It was really nice! The only downsides were the slow elevators and no fan in the bathroom. But honestly it was a really great stay! Would go back."
