"This is my second time at The Omni King Edward and I just love it. The location, the decor, the size of the rooms, the upkept standard of the hotel, the helpfulness of the front desk and concierge....just so pleased."

"Clean room, the A/C was a bit tricky to figure out, didn't realize there was a different thermostat in bedroom 1 that cooled both bedrooms. A little instruction upon check in would be ultra helpful. I booked it for the balcony send all the balcony doors were locked, another thing worth noting on the website or anywhere before check in. Staff were nice, close to amenities."

"We recently reserved five rooms during our stay for an expo, and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our two-night visit. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a short walk from the Convention Centre. We will certainly choose this hotel again for our next trip!"

"At approximately 11:00 PM, we decided to spend some time at the hotel’s lobby bar. There were several empty tables available, including four tables for three to four guests. The lobby bar manager, who introduced himself as Senior Manager Dylan, refused to seat us because we were only two people. He stated that those tables were intended for larger groups and placed us on a waiting list. What made the situation particularly upsetting was that shortly afterward, he seated two other couples—also groups of two—at the same tables that had supposedly been reserved for larger parties. During all my travels, I have never experienced such treatment, and I found it offensive and humiliating. The following morning, we waited about 20 minutes for the General Manager to discuss the incident, but nobody came. Later that evening, the Hotel Manager emailed me, saying he wanted to speak with me. I immediately provided my phone number, but I was never contacted. I am not even mentioning the extremely long queues at reception or the fact that the extra bed for our son was delivered only several hours after our request. The lack of follow-up and poor service made this stay very disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and respect from a hotel of this standard."

"I went through Expedia to book this hotel and for the price I expected a very nice room. We were on the 26th floor with a great view and the room size was generous. The carpeting, couch and decor were very old and disappointing. The breakfast buffet was very nice but pricey."
