Lower level private unit of a raised bungalow. This property is centrally located in the heart of Mississauga. Close to major highways in a quiet neighbourhood. One kilometre from Square One shopping mall (13 minutes walk), Celebration square, City Hall, Mississauga Central Library as well as Sheridan college Hazel McCallion Campus (Pilon School of Business). 16km (16-20 minutes) from Toronto Pearson International Airport. 25km from CN Tower/Roger Center in downtown Toronto. 110km from Niagara. One bedroom doesn’t have a window but has a window to the hallway and has blackout curtains. Perfect for babies or anyone that needs darkness. We also have a crib available upon request. Kariya park is only 700m from the home, 9 minute walk. Also a grocery store and food complex that’s also 9 minute walk from the property. There’s also a private deck for your own use with 6 seat patio set and barbecue available for your use. Please note our family lives upstairs. There are no loud parties permitted in this unit as owner lives upstairs with family.
