Be aware; this property is not what is advertised. You will see nice townhouse like units, with amenities & walk out decks up front. What you get is quite different; a main floor 10 by 10 room with a student desk & bed, old, tired fit & finish, as well as, a hint of mold along the baseboards. Oh yea, one very small common washroom at the end of the hallway (lined with black mold).

Great location

The lady was welcoming and friendly. Good location. I would stay there again, but the place needs more cleaning especially in the bathrooms. A mirror in each room is recommended. Overall, it wasn't bad.

Convenient shared kitchen and bathroom on 3rd floor. Great atra virtually on york university. AC was weak in my room vent since it had to pump a long way so on the hot side for sleeping

I really liked the place and the location. It was very close to YorkU campus and it’s just a 10 minute walk, maybe less. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants so if you ever want to go out for lunch or order something there’s that. The only thing I’d say I didn’t like was that in the middle of the night there were some people talking really loudly out on the streets, which is understandable considering that the area hosts a lot of students. If you don’t mind noise when sleeping, then this place is great for you. The owner was very nice and very kind. The house is very big and really pretty. All in all a very nice place to stay.

キッチンではコーヒーとティーが飲めるですが、どのコーヒーとティーを飲んでいいかわからないでした。フォークスプーンナイフ皿は使いやすかったです。冷蔵庫は大きいので買物を入れておけます。 部屋のベッドは大きくて良いです。タオルも大小ありました。デスクやライト、クローゼットにハンガーもありました。使い勝手はいいです。

The property manager/owner was really good with communication and seemed quite nice. My biggest issue was the constant smell of heavy weed and cigarettes throughout the property. I think one of the tenants was constantly smoking all around. It gave me severe headache . I don’t smoke or drink personally, but I have no problems with people doing it however the person who was smoking weed was doing it so much and this scent was so strong that right as you open your door it just hits you in the face anytime any day. They also had a severe case of coughing problems and a couple of nights he would cough throughout the entire night right outside my window. It really made sleeping a big problem. I was there in Toronto for an exam however I couldn’t study at all due to this. Also, the flooring right outside my room seemed kind of hollow and it would make very loud noise with the tiniest of steps. The washroom was tinier than I thought however it was well stocked with toilet paper 👍. I know that the property doesn’t offer any breakfast, but I thought there would at least be some kind of beverage options but I think I saw moulded coffee filter in one of the coffee makers so I steered away from that. the kitchen floor was very oily for some reason, even though the property manager Cleaned it well.I can see her effort in cleaning but these were the things that I had to see and live with for a few days. I wish them the best of luck and it was truly a pleasure to meet her.
