Located in one of Torquay’s most exclusive areas the apartment comprising of the entire lower ground floor of our home has the versatility of providing seafront and country walks, accessing the footpath to Cockington country park and a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach continuing on for a further 10 minutes to arrive a the main Torre Abbey beach with associated cafes, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is accessed from the parking area and along the external sun terrace, taking in the large level garden with pond. Along the terrace you will come to the undercover outside dining area where you will find the main door to the apartment providing 210 Sq. meters of level accommodation. There are two bedrooms, one has an ensuite shower room with king size bed and smart TV, the second bedroom has a king size bed that can be arranged as two single beds, if required, and smart TV. This bedroom has the use of the main bathroom, just across the hallway, which has a walk-in rain shower and chromatherapy spa bath. Both bedrooms have stunning views with patio doors leading to the sun terrace.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials ie. Cutlery, crockery and bakeware etc including induction hob with main oven, microwave, dishwasher and full height fridge with small freezer compartment. There is an area off the hallway that provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge/dining area enjoys a 65 inch smart TV with surround sound, DVD, portable bluetooth speaker, Wi fi and adjustable desk/work station with charging. Bifold doors lead directly to the pool room and another set leading to the outside terrace for alfresco dining that can be taken under the covered way or on the dining/barbecue terrace next to the hot tub.

The heated indoor pool and hot tub are both for your own private use. The pool is heated to 28°C with the hot tub heated to 37°C both enjoying the simply breath taking views.
