"We enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. The room was very clean and it was comfortable to relax in and sleep after a long day out and about. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus. "Our stay in Puig was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — only about a 20‑minute drive to Valencia — making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quieter, relaxing area to come home to.The house itself was a true WOW for our family. Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, it made us feel right at home even though we were thousands of miles away. The check‑in process was smooth thanks to clear, straightforward instructions, and settling in was effortless.GuestReady hosted the property, and all communication was done by email. For most of the stay, that worked fine. The only issue came on our last night: when we returned from a family dinner, the front gate wouldn’t open at all. GuestReady responded by email and tried to help, but they never called, so I eventually had to climb the gate to get inside. It seemed like someone may have cleaned the pool earlier and accidentally locked the gate.Aside from that one hiccup, the stay was incredible. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. I would absolutely recommend it — just be sure to double‑check that everything is working properly when you arrive."

"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The air-conditioning was also ineffective at cooling the room and dust/debris fell from the unit onto the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition, there were visible maintenance issues in the room and bathroom, including signs of damp/mould and damaged skirting boards. What disappointed me most was the response when I first reported the problem. Rather than being offered an alternative room, my concerns were initially dismissed and I was left dealing with room issues from the very start of the stay. This negatively affected my enjoyment of the holiday. The location was good and the cleaner who attended the room was polite and helpful, but the overall standard of the room and the handling of the complaint were not what I would expect."

"If you are looking for a quiet beachfront hotel, it was not. Very noisy most of the night. If you are looking for vibrant lots of music and beach noise, it’s for you. Sushi non existent although advertised. No real restaurant either. But good tapas bar and great staff and view."
