"We loved the fact that this hotel offers free shuttle service, it was timely and we used it twice during our 1 night stay. They even went the extra strep of rolling 2 vans during our stay to accommodate all of their guests needing to get to the airport. The downside was the air conditioning didn't work well and with Madrid being VERY hot this September it was harder to get a good sleep."

"This hotel was a welcome stay after walking the Camino Frances and then traveling by train to be near the airport (MAD) for our morning flight. We were too tired to take advantage of the outdoor pool, the room was comfortable, the bar in the lobby was staffed, the morning hotel-provided bus to MAD went on schedule. The only two things that did not work well for us was that dinner was not available until 8:30 PM and that the drop-off point for Terminal 1 was >150 yards from our entry point. I definitely would stay here again."
