Stayed here for 4 days but for most part was at a wedding locally; so didn’t get the full hotel experience but the staff are lovely, we had the junior suite which was a lovely surprise and huge! Food was all hot and nice, everywhere was clean.

nice hotel with everything you need. We have been to the same hotel 2 times now. The staff is friendly. The mini club and disco are a hit with children and the quality of food and drink is good.

Nice, but a bit noisy

Very friendly and professional staff, easy to check-in and all services and amenities were clearly explained to us. On-premises restaurants and bars were not serving to guests without all-inclusive package and the location was quite remote so dining was always a bit of a chore. Breakfast was nice and the pool area was great for all kinds of guests. Could have used a little sound-proofing as the party outside went on to almost midnight every day (no point in attending without the all-inclusive extra package) and neighboring rooms had noisy action going on through the night.

Good place

Big complex. Bit dated in parts. Drinks and food good. Pool bar gets busy. Lots of non all inclusive still getting all inclusive drinks and food. Always sun beds to be found. Courtesy bus was really good.

I had quite a nice stay the staff where very polite and friendly making you feel welcome whenever they see u. However the hallway and rooms and lift was a bit run down and could use a refurbish. The lift jolts most of the time and nearly gave me a heart attack in the first day and the room aren’t horrible but they could do with a a bit of a paint and making it look a bit more modern.

Probably one of the best cheap and cheerful holidays I’ve ever been on. Hotel is immense, the staff, the service, the facilities all top notch, the entertainment during the day got everyone involved and the entertainment at evening- well you couldn’t get a seat absolutely chocca every night. Kids loved it, would definitely come back, location is perfect, very chilled yet active environment, zero problems with zero worries, staff can’t do enough to help you have a great time, Christian on reception absolute gentleman as was the others like Lola and Borja. Wish we had done a week now.

All in all it was very good! The room was particularly well air-conditioned, which is my bad bearing in mind the climate impact of it all. The pool area didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests, finding a sunlounger without a “towel reservation” wasn’t always easy. We stayed there in June, I can only imagine it would be worse in July and August. But having said that, we had a great time :)

Tired, dated and terrible food!

I would be very disappointed if I had booked this place for a holiday! We booked it as it was near Malaga airport. The staff looked as miserable as we felt staying here…. The only good thing to say about this place was that the bed was comfortable.
