The space

Welcome to Casa Rosa, part of Villa Torrent: a spacious 2,100 m² countryside property in a peaceful rural setting, approximately 25 minutes by car from Valencia.

Casa Rosa is designed as a comfortable home base for guests staying temporarily in the region for several weeks or months.

The property has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable mattresses and plenty of wardrobe space.

With high-speed Starlink internet and several options for working in peace and quiet, Casa Rosa is particularly suitable for guests working remotely during their stay.

Outside, you have your own large, enclosed private garden with several seating areas. You also have access to Villa Torrent's shared swimming pool, sauna and laundry facilities.

Whether you are temporarily working on a project in the area, searching for a new home, waiting for your property to be completed or renovated, or staying in Valencia due to family or other personal circumstances, Casa Rosa provides the space, privacy and facilities of a fully furnished home.

Guest access

During your stay, you have exclusive use of Casa Rosa, its private kitchen and the large private garden.

The swimming pool, sauna and laundry facilities are shared with the other residents and guests of Villa Torrent.

Free parking is available under the carport near the main entrance. There is also plenty of private parking space for a van or larger company vehicle.

Casa Rosa is part of Villa Torrent, a spacious property of approximately 2,100 m². There are three independent living areas on the property: Casa Rosa, Casa Elja and the main house.

Thanks to the spacious layout of the property, each accommodation has plenty of its own space and privacy.

Three friendly dogs live at Villa Torrent. They have no access to Casa Rosa's private garden, but they are present in other areas of the property. Please keep this in mind if dogs may be an issue for you or your own pet.

The swimming pool, sauna and laundry facilities are shared amenities.

Important: Casa Rosa is exclusively rented for temporary seasonal stays of 11 nights or longer. The temporary reason for the stay is recorded with each reservation.
