The hotel is excellent—this is our second time here, the first was two years ago. The food is delicious, the facilities are spacious with beautiful scenery, and the service from all the hotel staff is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Morrena Lodge
It is an amazing property taking into consideration the location. Don’t expect the same accommodation than in a major city. The personal is extremely helpful and for me it is the most important thing when you are close to the end of the world 😁

Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded.
