The holiday apartment "Torrelomas by La Mata" is located in Torrevieja and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. Great apartment and owner

Pros: The apartment was clean and it had everything that we need for our holidays. The area has supermarkets, pubs and restaurants and the beach is around 10 minutes walking. Highly recommended.

Fantastic week!

Pros: Fantastic and relaxing week in Torrevieja. Good weather, close to restaurants, great swimmingpool (for all in the family) and also close to the beach as described in the ad. Nothing to complain about the apartment, everything was new, beds, tables, TV, sofas..all. Can really be recommended!!!

Very nice!

Pros: We stayed 11 nights in this clean, functional apartment which had everything we needed (Me and my two sons in their 20s). It’s a 10 min walk from lovely La Mata beach and very close to bus stops going to Torrevieja one way and La Mata the other. The block is partially inhabited by Spanish families which were friendly and made us welcome. There are decent restaurants, bars and a bank nearby. I’d give this place 8/10. The owner was very courteous and helpful giving us useful information on local amenities and rules before we arrived. Well thought out. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Stay in Apartment

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was really nice. We have nothing to fault. The décor was almost everything new. It's really, really well maintained. The bathrooms were clean, the lounge on the balcony is highly recommended. A really great place to relax. The bus stop is right outside the door, but we didn't notice anything about noise and the like. Down the street are some restaurants and shopping. The supermarket can be seen from the balcony. Handing over the keys also went off very easily. No problems whatsoever. There is everything in the apartment that you need. Although we travelled with 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 2 everything went very easily in the apartment. All in all, we are very happy to have chosen this apartment. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

Härlig vistelse

Pros: Perfekt boende för oss som är en stor familj med fyra barn! Lägenhen hade allt vi behövde (utom en osthyvel 😜) Superbra att kunna få låna strandleksaker, solstolar, parasoll mm. Till och med en smart dragväska för shopping på Mercadonan fanns. Fräscha lakan, handdukar och badlakan. Poolen var jättebra med både grund del och en djupare för dyksugna barn. Härlig strand bara en kort bit ned för backen om hörnet. Vi var där två veckor utan bil, vilket fungerade alldeles utmärkt. Busshållplats på gatan och många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Slutligen mycket tillmötesgående ägare som vi fick många bra tips av per mail, tack Nagu och David! Vi blev även väl mötta av kontaktpersonerna på plats, som svarade snabbt när vi kontaktade dem för möte och nyckelöverlämning.

Fantastiskt rymligt boende,rekommenderas!

Pros: 2 veckor spenderades i detta boende ( 5 vuxna och ett barn) boendet är rymligt och utrustat med allt du behöver för en skön semester. Alla möbler och utrustning är nya vilket gör att boendet känns fräscht. Sköna sängar, fri WI-FI, TV-spel till barnen gör vistelsen än mer bekväm. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende till både barnfamiljer men även större sällskap. Bil är ej nödvändigt med tanke på avstånd till strand, mercadona, bussar till city och restauranger.
