One bedroom apartment 200 meters from Acequion beach!

We offer for rent an apartment with one bedroom within walking distance from the beaches of Acequion and Los Naufragos. The 45 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning, Spanish T, Wi-Fi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. There are two beaches within walking distance: Acequion, 200 meters away, and the largest city beach, Los Naufragos, 350 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
