no breakfast available, several barking dogs, key card didn't work for my second day and had to be reset. Excellent air-conditioning during very hot days, comfortable beds, and the staff tried to be as helpful as they could. The rooms were very clean but the overall campus itself was not well taken care of.

Only passing through and checking in was simple and brief. Quiet stay. Cleanliness was good for the most part however there was a blanket left behind and the carpet still had crumbs from the previous stay

Hot Shower was the best!! Comfortable beds but the microwave was not cleaned. Small things need fixed but not bad overall.

The staff was very helpful. It seemed empty but in the evening it was packed. You would never know because everyone was very respectful and it was always quiet. The inside was clean, warm, and never had an issue with anything. I extended my stay here. And recommend it to anyone coming through Torrington. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Oh boy what a room

This is a place i think is do for a complete make over, the bed are out dated and not very comfortable, the shower did not work well, very little water pressure, the tv was like a 20 inch. And there was a fitted, flat and a very small blanket on the bed. It was cold out side and it took for every to warm up. Other then it was a quiet place.

The room was unfinished, lacking essential features such as a smoke alarm, shower curtain, and functional faucet, while the shower itself was dirty.

The room was dirty, it had goat head stickers all over the floor it took me 20 minutes to pick them all up. Never told about any type of breakfast. Had to wait for someone to come to the desk when checking in. Very noisy at 10 PM very hard to sleep. Disappointing none the less it is in a great location in town. The only part of my stay that was any good was the staff she was great.

I've never seen a motel so challenging to notice from the nearby road. Looked deserted from two sides and I actually drove by it wondfering where the place actually was.

There was to be a continental breakfast starting at 6 am, when we left afyer 7 am nothing had even started to be set up. Tub was stained, needing some good cleaning and didnt have internet access. The desk clerk was very nice and accomodating.
