Room clean. Called ahead to ensure the pool was open, and upon check-in, the pool was closed and would not give us a refund to go to a different hotel with a pool. AC would not work.

True getaway, while still close to everything fun
Amazing stay at Michele's wonderful place, that is full of charisma and history. Convenient, easy to reach, Michela gave us wonderful recommendations. The views are absolutely amazing, true gem in Italy! Thank you for an amazing Roman Holiday!
