This 40 m² studio features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine.



    You have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and tennis court. The communal pool is open during summer (second half of June to end of September). Outside these dates, opening times may vary according to community regulations, so use of the pool cannot be guaranteed out of season.
