Wilderness atmosphere, recommend this to everyone
"The Hotel was like a cabin lodge experience. It was immersed into the nature, the pool was great, staff was so friendly. The nature awakening tour was great as well. The village is a quick 5 min boat ride."

"The property is amazing, lots of biodiversity .they have many great tours in Tortuguero , highly recommended. A special mention to Diego, our guide,his work was incredible. Also to Chico, the tour driver, and Marlon, our other driver. They were all incredible. We'll be back!!!"

The sea turtle nesting is worth the trip to see once! But beyond that and a kayak or canoe trip around the park there isn't a ton to do in the area. Town itself is interesting to see and experience but quite small.
