Toulouse stay for Rugby

Rooms small and basic. No hair dryer in the room! Staff friendly, managed to check in early so great! Breakfast was a good selection. Location good.

A decent enough stay in a nice location.

A decent location. Bed comfortable enough, shower was nice and hot. Decor not great and general wear and tear not great. Only scrambled eggs as a hot option for breakfast but otherwise nice.

Ideal for a stay of up to a week, this hotel does what it says on the tin. Decent rooms cleaned every day. A cold breakfast buffet with enough variety to keep you interested. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Toulouse and all the cafés, bars and restaurants. I understand there is underground parking, and public transport is very close. Also a cheap Uber or Bolt run to the airport if required. Recommended.

An ordinary Ibis with nice room and lobby interiors but outdated bathroom. All clean however, which is a very big advantage generally in France. The breakfast was a disaster, bad food quality and limited availability and variety. Parking is scaring and very very tight... I don't think I'd return because of this two things.

This Ibis Hotel is just a quick 5 minute walk from the local subway stop on line B or 2 quick stops on bus Line 1 from outside the station exit to the Hotel front door. The staff all speak very good English and are very helpful. A very basic Breakfast is served in the Morning but it is very filling with many bread and cakes along with 2 coffee and 2 Orange machines to start your day off without looking for a local cafe. A nice small room with A/C and toilet/shower with hot and cold water. The room only has 3 lights in the room so it is a little dark at night.

The rooms were in bad condition. A lamp and power outlet were defect and the rooms were extremely dark. The wallpapers had many spots and dirt and especially the bathroom need a renovation and deep clean. The bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling.

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner

Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien sauf le petit dĂ©jeuner. Le personnel ne sait pas gĂ©rer l’affluence mĂȘme quand la salle n’est que partiellement remplie. Il n’y avait pas de vaisselle pour les enfants propre, ni de rĂ©cipient pour y mettre le lait, donc j’ai utilisĂ© pour les enfants de la vaisselle classique et une thĂ©iĂšre pour mettre le lait. La responsable de salle m’a copieusement humiliĂ©e en disant que ce n’était pas prĂ©vu Ă  cet effet et qu’il y avait de la vaisselle adaptĂ©e aux enfants en plastique. Elle s’est empressĂ©e de dire Ă  sa collĂšgue « les gens font ce qu’ils veulent » Ă  haute voix. Je lui ai rĂ©pondu que je ne faisais pas ce que je voulais mais ce que je pouvais vu que rien de tout cela n’était disponible lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s en salle. Je pense qu’un petit renfort pour apprendre les bonnes maniĂšres serait un plus non nĂ©gligeable pour la dame Ă  la chemise blanche.

Une arrivĂ©e tardive vers minuit, un accueil trĂšs chaleureux. 2 nuits avec petit dĂ©jeuner. Tarif correct. C'est un bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix . L'hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ©, on peut aller en ville Ă  pieds. Petit dĂ©jeuner classique : mini croissants, mini chocolatines, mini crĂȘpes, tranche de brioche et de pain, grille pain. La machine Ă  faire les jus d'orange Ă©tait en panne, c'est dommage. 3 sortes de thĂ©, machine Ă  cafĂ©s, jambon, fromage, fromage blanc, miel, 3 confitures, pĂąte Ă  tartiner bonne maman, cĂ©rĂ©ales, c'est trĂšs bien. Le parking est petit, grosse voiture s'abstenir.
