The accommodation
Architect's house of 230 m2 with beautiful swimming pool 13x6 max depth 2.30m with diving board on pretty park of 6000m2 with ponds and stream, 1 entrance with toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room with table for 10 people, 1 office with computer, 1 living room of 60 m2 with fireplace, TV with DVD player and VCR and electric piano, marble floor, overlooking the 50 m2 terrace with barbecue.
-1 master suite with king size bed, large terrace overlooking the pool, large office and private bathroom with whirlpool bath,
- 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 baby bed, balcony and private bathroom with toilet and bath,
- 2 bedrooms with double bed,
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds
-1 other private bathroom with toilet.

The 6000m2 garden not overlooked, will allow you to recharge your batteries in our 13x6 swimming pool or in the calm of our large trees and small fountains and to enjoy our barbecue.

Another terrace is also in the middle of the garden. As well as an old tennis court. For the children some old games and books will be at their disposal as well as table football. Our house is our main residence and therefore very well equipped. The beds will be made on arrival if you opt for the 20€ linen service per room and towels (except for the swimming pool) and dish towels available.

The kitchen is equipped:

a large refrigerator with freezer,
a dishwasher,
an electric filter coffee maker,
a Nespresso coffee maker,
a kettle,
a waffle maker,

a citrus squeezer and a blender.

I rent my childhood home so that I can keep it and let as many people as possible enjoy it. Here 9 children were raised... and all the good energies remain there and invite you to rest, joy and serenity!

But it's absolutely not a hotel, so you may come across a spider at the bend of a closet or a towel a little rough from the memories of wiped swims...
It is not a party room either because the house, although not overlooked, is in the middle of other houses and the calm that reigns there must be respected by the tenants.

The house and the garden are very quiet and cool and yet 10 minutes by car from the city center of Toulouse, and 30 minutes by bus or metro. It is a small green oasis that will satisfy young and old alike.

A bus stop is very close to the house. Calicéo and Intermarché 2 minutes away, Toulouse city center 10 minutes away, Cité de l'Espace 15 minutes away...
Traveler access
The whole house is accessible to travelers, except for the basement which serves as our storage space and the two cottages that are in the garden but can be rented additionally if you need more beds.
