Great spot in a small town

Quick overnight stay. Very quiet area. Walkable. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Parking is tight but we parked on th ere street overnight and it was right next to the hotel. Area is very walkable and plenty of restaurants within a half mile.

Super Family Run Hotel

Fantastic family owned and run hotel. My second three night stay this year. The ambience is brilliant and staff are very friendly. Excellent food in restaurant also. Secluded location so very quiet at night

Roadtrip destination!

Too good for what you'd expect. Electric car parking on site and closed during night, ventilated fresh rooms and restaurant with breakfast very close to all things you want to visit. The best possible place during a heatwave for people on a roadtrip!

It’s 2 floors and no elevator.your description doesn’t say that.i scratched my hand on the way down with my luggage in hand!they helped take it up though.

This hotel was the disappointment of the trip. The car park was small and parking difficult. Our main complaint is that the hotel is what I would describe as a motel. Access to the room was off the car park. There was no offer of food, despite our long journey and the room was very tired. These problems were immediately raised with Expedia and we were advised that we could move after one night having originally booked for two. The room price for one night was €74, as per invoice from the hotel and Expedia has charged £155 for two nights despite their advice. Perhaps they knew of the pressure on Stirling in advance but the sums or customer service don’t add up. Having been a frequent Expedia customer I have lost confidence in them I’m sad to say. I feel that they, along with many aspects of the holiday industry are not realistically staffed.

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel ainsi que l'accueil du personnel. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le restaurant (salades pas fraîches, mousse de petits pois qui ne goûtait pas les petits pois, portion de canard trop petite, fraîcheur des fromages peu inspirante).
