"We had the family two rooms. The rooms were clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel was very niecely decorated for xmas. We asked for an extra item and it was delivered by the housekeeping team, who also cleaned the room mid stay plus changed couple of towels. They did not have to do that. We also needed an extra remote control for the 2nd TV and this was promptly...

The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "We had a fabulous stay at The Beach House and was perfect for our requirements for a long weekend to visit and celebrate an elderly parent's birthday who live locally and with family who live in Porthtowan. Whilst we used it as a base and for breakfast, it was very condrtsbke for 6 adults and 1 teenager. The beds were extremely comfortable with big feather duvets and luxury bed linen and their was plenty of hot water for all the bathrooms and showers. The views are stunning and worth the steps...
