"The beds were clean, but the couch and chair in our room were disgusting. They were grimy on the arms. Our room hadn't been vacuumed and there was a beer lid on the floor. In our room there were a couple of holes in the walls. I was expecting old and dated, which I don't mind, but for the price thought it would be cleaned properly. All the staff we encountered were friendly and kind, no complaints there."

"Wow! We highly recommend Clifton House! The house was stocked with everything you could imagine for a little getaway vacation. Out host Marie was amazing and quick to respond. The kitchen has every appliance you could think of, and is perfect for a large group setting. The beds were all comfortable and lots of couches and sitting areas. The surround sound on the entertainment area was epic! There were extra soft, cozy blankets right down to our own personal housecoats and little ‘packaged slippers’. The house is located about 15 minutes walking distance from downtown. I have already told a few people about this place, so if you need a perfect weekend away, book quickly! Lol "

"So nothing stated on Expedia is at this hotel, no breakfast no vegetarian meal, no environmentally friendly glasses, forks, everything was plastic no drinkimg water, east indian owned was at least clean"

"Everything worked well. Kitchen didn't have a pot or a pan, but had cups, glasses, utensils, a toaster and a kettle. Air conditioning was quiet. We wished the shower had a better pressure. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Quiet and clean hotel. Would be staying here again. "
