I had a great stay at First Joy Hotel. It’s in a quiet location on top of a hill with a good view of the Black Sea. The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. They had a very healthy breakfast, my favorite was the detox water. They also have a gym and pool downstairs, great amenities! The room and shower were spacious. I really loved the calm atmosphere.

Staff were very helpful. The food was so good. They have an international touch. Plus the local dishes. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom modern desined. Daily house keeping. The laundry service was good. Reasonable price. There is a small supermarket close-by. Free shuttle bus to the mall. I rated 4 because the swimming pool is small i wish they consider extra outdoor aminities. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Optiins are very limited. I didnt like the idea of the staff cleaning and arranging the empty dishes infornt of the gueats. There must be back kitchen for such think. It was very noisy and disturbing. Otherwise i liked it. Thank you

Personeller ilgiliydi fakat kalanin geneli arap oldugu icin cok fazla sabahin erken saatlerinde gurultu vardi. Kahvalti cok ozensizdi. Otelin restoran ve cafe kismi hizmetleri guzel personel iyi ama arap cogunluk olmasi nedeniyle huzursuz bir ortamdi. Odalarin durumu iyi fakat temizlik konusu karışıkti bosaltilan odayi sabahin 7sinde temizlemeye basliyorlar hafta sonu gürültüye uyanmak zorunda kaldik bu hos degildi. Havuz sabah saatlerinde temizdi.

First Joy hotel made our stay joyful.

Checking in and out services were very quick. Receptionist spoke both English and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food served changed slightly everyday. The staff were friendly and they have separate pool hours for covered women. They also have a children area with activities daily. And they have a shuttle to Forum Mall. Excellent hotel.

Oteli havuzu var diye almıştım ama havuz ısıtıcıları kapalıydı. soğuk halde girmek isterseniz girebilirsiniz denildi. 2 gece boyunca havuzu açmadılar. bir görevli sezon değil dedi bir görevli ısıtıcılar açılmıyor gibi bahaneler söyledi. hiç memnun değilim. tüm platformlarda olumsuz eleştirimi dile getireceğim.

Fantastic hotel

I had the most pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff and the security guard were really helpful and service minded. The rooms were clean and quite new. I would recommend this hotel for families.
