"The hotel room was clean, and the on-site onsen was a lovely bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated all their assistance. It’s a shame I only stayed one night, but I will definitely come back when I visit Kanazawa again."

This hotel had the best shower and bathroom of the 9 different hotels we stayed at during our visit to Japan. The staff was friendly and they have a separate private room for holding luggage while we went sightseeing. I would absolutely stay here again."

Clean and modern. Also, the king bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Close to the museums and castle park. I would stay here again. We ate breakfast at Starbucks adjacent to hotel. "

"The room we initially were given was not that great. It was an older room that was stuffy and in need of an update. We let the staff know and got us into a fantastic room. One of the nicest room I have ever stayed in."

"The check in person we had was not super nice. We took a basic room but that should not result in a snotty attitude by a clerk, for heaven’s sake. I mean we are guests! And we are patronizing your establishment. The others at the desk were much nicer. The vibe of the place is a bit stuffy and the decor is quite tired. The onsen was nice and another guest was kind to help show me where to change and put my things. "
