"Great stay"

"Fantastic cottage which is situated in a perfect location. We didn't use the car once which is always a bonus. New quay has everything from the best coffee shops to the most friendly local pub we have had the pleasure of visiting (Penrhiwllan inn) huge portions and very welcoming and dog friendly. Oh and only a 6 minute walk from the cottage. We would highly recommend taking full advantage of a massage which is arranged through the owner. Caroline comes to you and it's the best money ever spent! Soooooo relaxing and advanced techniques used. If you do have a massage the first night would be best as the cottage smells of wonderful aromatherapy oils for the rest of the week. There are boat trips to see the dolphins but just go to the harbour wall and see them for free. Once the boats went out a pod of dolphins came splashing by😀"

"This cottage is a gem such a lovely private location and a beautiful place to stay, the cottage is stunning with everything you could need and more, the owners were very welcoming but left you alone to enjoy the cottage which we like but were easy to contact if needed. We will be telling our friends about this place as it’s perfect."

"We were blown away with the welcome pack. The caravan is obviously self catering but you literally could turn up with clothes, and a couple of food items and be good to go. Supplied are t towels dish cloth washing up liquid hand towels bath mat toiletries toilet rolls beds made up, everything you would need to get started. Superb!"

"Had a fantastic week at this house - 11 persons in total. The process of booking, checking in/out and all communication with ESL ltd was excellent. They were available whenever neededHouse Pro’s.Location - couldn’t be better and the views from the top living areas were the best we’ve had in 20 years of visiting New Quay.Parking - 3 large vehicles all easily parked, even over Bank Holiday weekend when parking is a premium even in the paid for car parks. There’s a clever additional space on the pavement adjacent to the property.Top living area. Great for large groups.Bedrooms - all good sizes with King beds and/or sofa beds.Terrace space - nice to use and good access/seating.House Con’sBedrooms - lack of wardrobes. Very thin curtainsKitchen(s) - lack of utensils/cups. Over the years have obviously not been replaced. All of them had to be rewashed as greasy and food stuck to themNoise - the bedrooms under the top living area suffer from the noise of anyone moving above.Overall decor - tired.The biggest let down for this house was the cleaning - it was nonexistent! Food and dust in between the cushions of the settees was disgusting. Dust under tables and chairs, on top of skirting’s and radiators, underneath beds. cobwebs all over - all of which looked to have been there for some considerable timeThe stairs carpet was disgusting and smelly. Outside there was a stack of bins, ripped open and food strewn about.If I could have picked 0 stars for cleaning I would."

"Brilliant holiday once again we come to this site 3-4 times a year the caravan was beautiful clean , and there’s lovely staff at reception the club got lovely food and good entertainment, there’s an arcade and a swimming pool on site"

"Came for 4 nights with 4 children and 2 adults. Had a great deal for it. Caravan was simple and had everything we could possibly need-take some dvds with you.Perfect location for us to go galavanting on day trips. Didn't use out door pool here but used the main sites indoor which was clean and warm. Will be coming back again!!"
