"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the...

"Really welcoming staff, great food at good prices, nice breakfast with loads of choice "

"The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. Ideal if visiting the nearby golf course or if you just want to explore the natural beauty of the immediate countryside all around. The management were also very friendly and helpful meeting all our needs in the...

"Great small town hotel & lovely staff. "

"No cell phone reception, I stayed there 3 nights but room cleaning never showed up, one day stinky smell coming form bathroom pipes"

"Es hat uns wahnsinnig gefallen! Alles top!"

"We were there for one night. It was a very nice stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly."

"Wonderful host— lovely neighborhood, close to the lake and many restaurants, and great breakfasts!"

Gerne wieder!"
