Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was packaged oatmeal, packaged snack stuff rolls, bars, juice. no eggs or sausage if looking for that there are restaurants in the area, or higher priced hotels that offer it. overall, it was a good stay.

I rated this motel as all 5 stars as it was exactly what was advertised and exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and big enough for us both and staff were helpful. The free breakfast wasn’t spectacular but again it was fine and what we expected.

The staff of the motel were absolutely lovely. This is a convenient property for value travelers. Admittedly, we booked pretty late and in the height of summer so it wasn't a cheap booking. However, the property was quiet and clean. My only criticism would be the condition of the mattresses in our particular room. I think if we hadn't ended up paying the much higher height of summer rate we wouldn't have minded.

Staff was very consiencious and helpful. Room was very comfortable with good beds, quality TP( No Slivers), and quality Towels & facial tissue. Air conditioner was a little noisey however. Good shower flow and large room size overall.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and surroundings were immaculate. We appreciated the larger than standard refrigerator and the full size microwave oven was a nice bonus. Both were spotless inside and out. Thank you to everyone at the motel for giving us a "no problem" 4th of July weekend.

Management was really nice, we had a little trouble getting into Grand Rapids. I called because we wouldn’t arrive till after 10:30 pm I left a voicemail and they got back to me and said they’d leave a key by reception. Really appreciate the staff for taking care of us. Thank you

This is a dog friendly hotel and unfortunately our room smelled like dirty dog. We are dog lovers but do not care for dog smell. Especially when we are paying almost $300 for the room. Staff were nice and helpful. Would not stay again.
