If you're looking for something truly special, you've found it. Perfectly positioned on West Grand Traverse Bay along the iconic M-22, this newly renovated beach house sits directly across from Power Island, with rare, unobstructed island views from your own private stretch of shoreline.

The house sleeps 7-8 with a primary bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a futon plus air mattress, alongside a waterside sunroom and spa-inspired bathrooms. A separate on-site camper adds a king bed and a bunk room, sleeping 6-7 more — for a total capacity of 13-15 guests.

Step onto the private beach and into the crystal-clear waters of West Bay, kayak toward Power Island at sunrise (kayaks and paddleboards included), or gather around the beachside fire pit as the sun sets.

If your group wants to bring an additional RV or camper van, designated hookup pads are available seasonally on adjacent grounds for an extra fee.

Downtown Traverse City is about 8.3 miles away, with Horse Shows on the Bay just 8 minutes from the door.
