Le Manoir is situated in an unrivalled location bordering the Canal du Midi. The villas is surrounded by 100 hectares of vines, olive trees & pine forests. The spacious nature of the house, outdoor terraces & stunning pool area make very flexible property, suitable for large families or groups of friends.Stylishly decorated throughout, with brand new oak beds & furniture, as well as luxurious kitchens, this beautiful house offer everything you would expect from a dream holiday home. With traditional painted shutters & lovely original roof tiles, it evokes the very essence of romantic French country living. To complement this, guests will find a stunning & extensive pool area in the old walled garden with a large adult & separate children's pools.Relax in the sun, enjoy dining in the shade of the club house or al-fresco, surrounded by old pines, olive & almond trees, as well as many Mediterranean flowers.

Golf and wine: There is a lovely golf course at Carcassonne only 15 minutes from the vineyard. Further local courses are to be found at Mazamet, Beziers and cap d'agde. Keen golfers will also find many glorious courses in nearby Catalonia in Spain

Whilst staying guests are welcome to buy white, rosé and red wine produced on the estate. Wine tasting can be arranged in our wine tasting room.
