"This is a pleasant hotel in a very nice location, although it needs a bit of refurbishment and attention to detail. The management and staff are all welcoming. We had half board, which was disappointing as the breakfast was quite plain with little selection and the evening meal was a bit boring. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

"The location was perfect. It costs about $40 euro to get to the hotel from the train station. Finding a cab was tough until I realized sirmiotaxi is the best company to call."
