"Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Only issue we had as our shower head was not working and maintenance apparently went to look at it a couple of times and said it was fine. I do have to mention gentleman at the front desk offered to give us a different room but we had so much junk it was not worth it. We normally use this hotel when we travel to SLP mainly because of convenience. "

"Everything was so nice. They realized I was with my grandmother and needed the first floor and accommodated for that. They had a little welcome cake ready for us and went above and beyond to ask if you needed anything in the morning, everyone was so kind there and the pool was so amazing and humongous Even during off-season. It was so nice."
