Excellent location with area proximity for the cruise terminal. The cruise terminal is about a five minute walk from the front door of the building. The check in desk is at another location. So the check in staff communicated the check in procedures to us via whats app and left us our keys via a lock box. Entirely convenient for arriving a little late. Thank you!!

zentrale Lage in einem großartigen Haus

alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, klein, aber fein. Der check-in war wie angegeben ohne Probleme erfolgt. Wir konnten auch nach dem check-out den Raum für das Gepäck bis zu unserer Abreise am Nachmittag nutzen, das war sehr angenehm für uns. Triest ist großartig, auch in der näheren Umgebung. Eine Städtereise dorthin sollte man in jedem Fall machen.

Nice small room, well situate.

Nice location close to most attractions, quiet and comfortable room somewhat on the small side with no kitchen area. Note that regular reception is in a different building 5 mins walking away and not available all the day. Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. The main square with Tourist info office is 2 min. walk from the apartment and there’s an Audio tour available if you’d like for 4 Euros per person. We were only there 1 night and only had the afternoon to get the most out of our visit. It was a nice way to learn about this place which has a lot of history. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Nice location close to most attractions (and right next to the Cafe Tommaseo -- don't miss their hot chocolate!!), quiet and comfortable room. Note that regular reception is in a different guilding 5 mins walking away and not available all the day. Bathroom was not as clean as one could expect. As everything else was clean, maybe just a bad day of the cleaning stuff?

I'll stay here again

It was in the center of the city and in front of the sea but unfortunately the building doesn't have any sea view. The room was clean and comfortable, only one thing to mention that when I boiled water something white was melting and revealed from the metallic part of the electric kettle. Otherwise everything was great. The office is in a different building but you can contact with email or whatsup.

Posizione ideale e cortesia del personale

La posizione centralissima (io ho soggiornato in via Tor Bandena, ma anche l'altra struttura Tommaseo si trova a pochi passi) è perfetta per spostarsi in città a piedi; io ero in auto, ma ho trovato parcheggio coperto molto vicino, tutto a portata di mano. La camera molto ampia, nuovissima, dotata di arredo molto curato e originale. La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, sia in reception sia al bar Portizza per la colazione sono state la "ciliegina sulla torta". Consigliatissimo.

visita di due giorni dei principali monumenti della città: Grotta Gigante, Cattedrale di San Giusto, Castello di Miramare e Risiera di San Sabba, nonché la Piazza Unità d'Italia. Con i mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili

Buona location, servizi migliorabili

La location e' ottimale: siamo a pochi minuti dalla piazza Unita' d'Italia e a ridosso dell'area pedonale. Il resto lo valuto al di sotto della media. Le chiavi sono disponibili solo in alcune fasce orarie e a qualche isolato di distanza (ma questo era noto), la colazione presso un bar con orario di apertura dalle 9 (!), almeno la domenica. Il prezzo pagato non e' certamente basso (in confronto con altre strutture locali), quindi non mi sentirei di dare un punteggio superiore al 2.

Ottima posizione

B&B molto carino tra il lungomare e l'inizio del centro storico. La stanza ben arredata e pulita ma non impeccabile. Per mantenere il livello alto che si merita presterei la massima attenzione anche sulla pulizia: un po' di polvere trovata nello stesso punto per 2 giorni di seguito. Per il resto niente da eccepire. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Trieste

Ottimo residence in centro città (non è un hotel)

Soggiorno di una notte. La stanza in cui sono stato in realtà non è una stanza di un hotel (con reception, colazione ecc.), ma si tratta di un residence all'interno di una palazzina. Il residence era composto da una camera molto bene arredata e con condizionatore, e da un bagno grande e pulito. La camera si poteva chiudere a chiave, ed era collegata ad un corridoio in comune con altre 4/5 camere. Non è prevista la colazione, e non c'è nessuna reception. Considerando che non è un hotel, si tratta comunque di un ottimo residence, in centro città, e molto comodo al lungo mare.
