"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack.

"Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again! "

"The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. "

"The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel is located in a scenic town with a lot of history. However, the room was terrible. The smallest iâve ever stayed at. Thereâs no air conditioning, and even though we were still in May, the room was quite warm and « stuffy » to a point where we were sweating profusely. Thereâs a fan in the room, but it makes a lot of noise when turned on and you canât sleep. There are two windows but you have to keep them closed because that area is full of insects. Lastly, breakfast was mid, no variety. Overall, the stay was a 4/10 only made better by the lovely staff working there. "
